The SIONYX OPSIN is a helmet-mountable digital night vision monocular. Designed for tactical operations, it utilizes the proprietary XQE-1350 Black Silicon CMOS sensor to provide high-definition, full-color imaging in near-total darkness.
OPSIN brings innovation to the traditional night vision device market with the introduction of the most advanced low-light CMOS sensor available. Leveraging SIONYX’s U.S. DOD-approved sensor to deliver unmatched color low light capability, OPSIN provides additional detail, unavailable with traditional night vision systems.
Observe targets of interest in moonless-starlight environments while remaining undetected. Record the situation as it unfolds on the onboard SD card and document geo-location with the onboard GPS module. The external battery pack extends OPSIN’s operation time to a full eight hours while providing helmet counterweight for comfort during a long deployment. OPSIN will change the way professional users operate in the dark.
