Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 1-7 business days from purchase date, with Standard Delivery. Faster shipping services are also available for most items.

Orders typically ship within 1 business day from the date we receive your order, with many shipping the same day. Certain Audio Enhancers brand enclosures may take longer to ship. Orders placed after 6pm (EST) or over the weekend are not received by our staff until the following business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Tracking information is made available to our customers as soon as it becomes available. Please note: There may be a time delay between when an order ships and the moment that confirmation of shipping is transmitted to you.

To estimate your Total Delivery Time, be sure to include both the Processing Time (up to 1 business day) and the Shipping Time (which will depend on the shipping service you choose):

Processing Time is the time from when you submit your order, to when the item leaves the warehouse. For your protection, ShipSound’s order processing includes extensive fraud screening and verification.

Shipping Time is the time from when the item leaves the warehouse, to when it is delivered.


Calculating Shipping Cost

Shipping/handling costs vary by order weight and ship-to location. To determine shipping costs as well as delivery options, simply add the item(s) you are interested in into your shopping cart, then type the ZIP Code of your shipping address in the "Calculate Shipping" field, and click "Go!". You can remove items from your cart at any time, before placing your order. Warehouse/store pickup is not available.


Product Availability

ShipSound.com is continuously updated to reflect the latest reported warehouse stock level. Products that are listed on our website have an “in stock” status. If stock of a product depletes, it is removed from our website until that product comes back in stock.


What is the Status of My Order?

In addition to order update emails that will be sent to you, you may also view the current status of your order (as well as available tracking information) online, by logging on to your account. Simply click on the "My Account" link at the top of any page of our website. From there, you will be able to view all available information about your order.


Shipping Outside the U.S.

ShipSound's shipping calculator only calculates shipping to the 50 United States, Canada, and APO/FPO Military addresses. For international customers: Click "Proceed to Checkout" on the check out page, and fill out your address information. Submit the order, and afterwards, we will email you a shipping quote for your approval. We can also email you a shipping quote prior to placing an order.

Note: We are not responsible for any importing/brokerage/duty/customs fees that may apply to shipments going outside the United States.  It is important that you make yourself aware of how your country handles importing a product and any additional fees that you may be made to pay.


Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is included with every order. We send all shipments fully insured at no additional charge. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, we will handle every detail with the freight carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and will ship you a replacement product, at no cost to you.
