Delivery Time
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped the same day if placed before 2 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on business days, which include Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. For economy shipping, your order should arrive within 1-6 business days from the date of purchase. We also offer faster shipping services for most items, though please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Calculating Shipping Cost
To figure out your shipping costs and available options, simply add the items you're interested in to your shopping cart. From there, click “Calculate Shipping,” select your state, enter your ZIP code, and hit "Calculate Shipping" again. You can easily remove items from your cart at any time before finalizing your order.
Tracking & Status
Once your order ships, tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it's ready. In addition to the update emails we'll send you, you can always check the current status of your order—including any available tracking details—by logging into your account on our website. Just click the "Login" link at the top of any page to access this information.
Product Availability
ShipSound.com is regularly updated to show the most current warehouse stock levels. On each product page, you'll see the availability clearly listed as either “X in stock” or “Temporarily out of stock” to help you make informed decisions.
Military Customers
We're proud to support our military customers by shipping orders to APO/FPO addresses. These shipments go out via USPS Priority Mail, which generally arrives within 7-9 business days. However, there are a few exceptions: for APO/FPO/DPO AE ZIP codes beginning with 093, expect 7-13 days, and for military addresses in Africa, it may take 15-18 business days. Additionally, processing for these orders might require one extra day to properly complete the necessary customs forms before shipment.
Shipping Insurance
Every order comes with shipping insurance included at no extra charge, ensuring your package is fully protected. In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged, our team will take care of all the details with the carrier (such as UPS or FedEx). We'll either issue a full refund or send a replacement product, all at no cost to you.
